عميد كلية علوم الطاقة والبيئة ضمن لجنة مناقشة اطروحة دكتوراه في جامعة البصرة
شاركت السيدة عميد كلية علوم الطاقة والبيئة في جامعة الكرخ للعلوم الدكتورة اماني التميمي في لجنة مناقشة اطروحة دكتوراه في كلية التربية للعلوم الصرفة بجامعة البصرة والموسومة بـ(دراسة نظرية وميدانية للخصائص الفيزيائية في المياه البحرية العراقية ومحاكاتها باستخدام نموذج عددي).
وتضمنت الاطروحة التي قدمها الطالب علي عبدالرضا لفته دراسة الخصائص الفيزيائية في المياه البحرية العراقية عن طريق القياس العملي إضافتا الى تطبيق نموذج رياضي ثنائي الأبعاد.
وهدفت الأطروحة الى دراسة خصائص الانتشار للموجة المدية وكذلك دراسة قابلية تبادل وتجدد المياه في المنطقة من خلال حساب زمن البقاء اضافتا الى دراسة تأثير الاحترار العالمي متمثلا بالارتفاع المحتمل في مستوى سطح البحر على الخصائص الفيزيائية في منطقة الدراسة من خلال افتراض سيناريوهات ارتفاع في مستوى سطح الخليج العربي تبلغ (0,0.25,0.5,0.75,1) متر.
اوضحت القياسات العملية وكذلك نتائج النموذج الرياضي ان هناك زيادة تدريجية في سعة الموجة المدية القادمة من الخليج العربي عندما تنتشر شمالا باتجاه مقتربات خور الزبير العليا اضافتا الى تعرضها الى المزيد من التشوه في شكلها بسبب تاثيرات المياه الضحلة. أوضحت النتائج ايضا ان التيارات المدية لها اتجاهين مميزين في المنطقة، الاتجاه الشمالي الغربي خلال طور المد والاتجاه الجنوبي الشرقي خلال طور الجزر. أوضحت النتائج ان زمن البقاء دالة للموقع، اذ ان الاماكن القريبة من الحدود المفتوحة في النموذج اظهرت قابلية عالية لتجدد المياه وبالتالي زمن بقاء اقل مقارنتا مع المناطق الشبه المغلقة والتي تميزت بزمن بقاء طويل نسبيا. أظهرت النتائج ان استجابة الخصائص الفيزيائية كانت غير منتظمة وغير خطية مع سيناريوهات ارتفاع مستوى سطح البحر.
وانتهت المناقشة باستيفاء الباحث متطلبات شهادة الدكتوراه وتبريكات وتمنيات لجنة المناقشة له بالمستقبل الزاهر خدمة لعراقنا الحبيب.
